The ISO series is a standardized family of large-diameter vacuum components, designed in accordance with ISO 1609 and ISO 2861 specifications. The product line includes flanges, adapters, elbows, tees, crosses, and bellows, providing a modular system for constructing and maintaining medium- to large-scale vacuum assemblies.
ISO flanges are joined using either double claw clamps with centering rings (ISO-K, quick-release style) or bolted flanges with O-ring seals (ISO-F, fixed style). Both connection types provide repeatable, leak-tight seals while accommodating a wide range of vacuum environments. Their larger bore sizes make ISO flanges ideal for systems requiring higher conductance and pumping speed.
