Material Integrity

• Produced from 316L stainless steel with controlled sulfur content for optimal corrosion resistance and weldability
• Seamless and welded options available, traceable to mill test reports
• Marked with manufacturer ID, size, alloy, and heat number for full traceability

Surface Finish

• ID: Electropolished to 10uin Ra max for ultra-clean flow paths
• OD: Bright annealed or mechanically polished (≤32uin Ra), per customer specification

Cleaning & Packaging

• No mercury or ozone-depleting chemicals used
• Nitric passivated and DI water flushed (18 MΩ-cm, 140°F / 60°C)
• Final drying with filtered UHP-grade nitrogen
• Packaged in an ISO Class 100 cleanroom, double-bagged or sleeved with 4–6 mil polyethylene, ends capped for protection

Testing & Certification

• Dimensional inspection using calipers, micrometers, and precision instruments
• Advanced testing available: SEM, XPS, AES
• Supplied with Material Test Reports (MTRs) and Certificates of Conformance (CoCs) for every shipment. SEM, ESCA, AUGER upon request.
